“Who am I?”………….
Through the Fife Roars not Whispers Peer Leader group a series of hands on expressive art road shows and workshops are taking place, leading up to a larger scale event around World Mental Health Day in October – organised by young people for young people!
Around the themes of self image, awareness and perception the events will ask “who are you? ...” with the understanding that having your “voice” heard doesn’t have to mean standing in front of a microphone. This is through exploration and activities around the role creativity plays in communicating the way we feel and our experiences.
The events set out to explore and understand the one person we all have in our lives 24/7 but maybe don’t know well enough – our self! Encompassing some thing we all have in common even with individual identity – the fact that we all have mental health!
